We offer a state of the art manufacturing center that employs the latest available technologies. Our capabilities include CNC machinery for cutting, punching, and forming metals. Our fabrication shop has the capacity to process 10,000 lbs or more of sheet metal a day. Our fabrication equipment can hold tolerances to within a 0.005" or better. This allows us to produce products that are very uniform.

Part of the services that we offer besides manufacturing equipment are:

	Laser cutting up to 1" thickness. Automated lights out automation system that provides the lowest cost parts with the fast turn around.
	Production shearing of blanks. 24 ga through 1/4" material
	Production welding. We offer certified welders with a D1.1 certification.
	Production forming. We offer CNC forming of sheet metal which allows precise angle control and repeatability.
	Powder Coating. Part sizes up to 8 feet in width and height and 16 feet in length.
	Solid Works design platform for quick and accurate design of assemblies and fixtures.
	Pem insertion.
	Sheet metal rolling.
